The invention discloses an aluminum nitride ceramic sintering method, which comprises: S1, taking aluminum nitride granulation powder, and carrying out pressurization cold isostatic pressing molding to obtain an aluminum nitride ceramic blank; s2, the aluminum oxide granulation powder is taken to be subjected to pressurization cold isostatic pressing forming, and an aluminum oxide ceramic blank is obtained; s3, sintering the aluminum oxide ceramic blank in the step S2 to obtain an aluminum oxide sintered body; s4, processing staggered glue flowing grooves in the aluminum oxide sintered body; and S5, placing the aluminum nitride ceramic green body on one side, provided with the glue flowing groove, of the aluminum oxide sintered body, and placing the aluminum nitride ceramic green body in a degreasing furnace for degreasing. According to the sintering method of the aluminum nitride ceramic, the discharging efficiency of a binder in the degreasing process can be improved, the finished product quality of the aluminum nitride ceramic is improved, and the sintering method is suitable for machining of the large-size aluminum nitride ceramic.
