The invention provides a road surface crater rapid repairing device and method, and the method comprises the steps: cleaning fragments around a road surface crater, and obtaining the shape, size, bottom surface depth and volume of the road surface crater through the imaging of an unmanned aerial vehicle; prefabricating a pavement crater rapid repairing device according with the specification of the pavement crater; according to the distribution condition of the telescopic rods in the crater, the bottom of the crater is drilled to form a plurality of insertion holes, fasteners at the bottom of the telescopic rods are inserted into the corresponding insertion holes, the telescopic rods are installed and fixed at the bottom of the crater through the fasteners, and the upper end face of the cover plate is flush with the road surface through a leveling device; the crater is filled with a polyurethane foam material; and thin-layer repairing materials are laid on the upper surface of the cover plate and the road surface around the cover plate. By means of the repairing device and the repairing method, the crater can be filled in a short time, and rapid repairing of the damaged area is completed.
本发明提出一种路面弹坑快速修复装置及修复方法，修复方法包括：清理路面弹坑周围的碎块，利用无人机成像获取路面弹坑的形状、尺寸、底面深度及体积；预制符合路面弹坑规格的路面弹坑快速修复装置；根据伸缩杆在弹坑内的分布情况，在弹坑的底部进行钻孔，形成多个插孔，将伸缩杆底部的紧固件插入对应的插孔中且通过紧固件将伸缩杆在弹坑的底部进行安装固定，通过调平装置使盖板的上端面与路面平齐；向弹坑内注满聚氨酯泡沫材料；在盖板的上表面及盖板周围的路面上铺设薄层修复材料。利用本发明的修复装置及修复方法，可在短时间内将弹坑进行填补，完成破坏区域的快速修复。
