And the crater damage of the pavement can be repaired in a short time, and the rapid repair of the damaged area is completed.
本申请提出了一种半自动路面弹坑快速修复装置及修复方法,根据配备的高压气体喷嘴、旋转刷和除尘装置,清理路面弹坑内的杂物,并利用无人机成像获取路面弹坑的形状、尺寸、底面深度及体积,并向弹坑内注满聚氨酯泡沫材料;结合弹坑尺寸对地聚物混凝土帆布进行预处理切割,使用切割完成的目标地聚物混凝土帆布填补于道面弹坑位置处,并采用压边条和膨胀螺栓对地聚物混凝土帆布进行固定;依据储水装置与喷淋装置,从地聚物混凝土帆布的边向中间均匀洒水,直到地聚物混凝土帆布颜色变深,并对地聚物混凝土帆布的修复硬化过程进行监测,在异常时进行调整,保证能达到规定修复效果。可以实现在短时间内对路面的弹坑损伤的修补,完成破坏区域的快速修复。
