The invention relates to a gravity type foundation and an offshore wind power platform, and the gravity type foundation comprises a foundation main body which is provided with a plurality of mounting holes penetrating in the height direction; the plurality of slide-resistant piles are respectively mounted in the corresponding mounting holes; a first locking part; when the second locking part is in the first state, the bottom end of the anti-slide pile is located in the mounting hole and is locked through the first locking part; and in the second state, the bottom end of the slide-resistant pile extends out of the lower end of the mounting hole and is locked through the second locking part. The slide-resistant piles and the foundation body are designed in a split mode, the difficulty in integrated construction can be avoided, when the gravity type foundation is built, the slide-resistant piles are pre-installed in the installation holes (in the first state), and due to the fact that the lower ends of the slide-resistant piles do not stretch out of the installation holes in the state, the height of the gravity type foundation cannot be increased; and the higher requirement on the towing water depth is avoided, and when towing is in place, the gravity type foundation is controlled to be converted into the second state.
