The invention relates to a construction method of a gravity type foundation, the gravity type foundation and an offshore wind power system.The construction method of the gravity type foundation comprises the steps that a foundation body is manufactured, and the side wall of the foundation body is constructed to be gradually inclined towards the inner side from bottom to top; an anti-scouring plate surrounding the foundation body is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the side wall of the foundation body; a plurality of anti-slide piles are arranged on the foundation main body; towing the foundation main body to a preset position; and the foundation main body is loaded, so that the foundation main body sinks to the seabed, and at least part of the anti-slide pile is inserted into the seabed anti-scouring plate to cover the seabed on the periphery of the foundation main body. The anti-sliding capacity of the foundation can be effectively improved by arranging the anti-sliding piles inserted into the seabed; the side wall of the foundation main body is inclined, so that the horizontal impact of sea waves on the foundation can be effectively reduced; the anti-scour plates cover the periphery of the foundation body, so that the surrounding seabed can be protected, and lateral inclination of the foundation body caused by pits and the like due to scour is avoided.
