The invention discloses an auxiliary device for assembly type stair installation construction. The auxiliary device comprises an anchoring steel bar positioner and an assembly type stair hoisting guide rod. The anchoring steel bar positioner is provided with a positioning hole matched with the anchoring steel bar, so that the anchoring steel bar can be conveniently positioned; the assembly type stair hoisting guide rod comprises a rod body. The diameter of the rod body is gradually reduced from bottom to top; the lower end of the rod body is a fixed end and is connected with an anchoring steel bar in a stair cross beam; the upper end of the rod body is a disturbance end which has certain deflection and can swing in a certain spatial range; when the prefabricated stair is hoisted, the disturbance end is manually adjusted to a reserved anchoring hole of the prefabricated stair; and the prefabricated staircase is lowered along with the rod body, so that the anchoring steel bars of the staircase cross beam are inserted into the reserved anchoring holes of the prefabricated staircase. The invention further provides an assembly type stair installation and construction method. The device is accurate in positioning and high in mounting efficiency.
