The invention discloses a movable sealing door assembly and a door plate and a sealing mechanism thereof. The sealing mechanism of the movable sealing door assembly comprises a movable sealing frame, a transmission mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a sealing piece, the sealing piece is fixed to the side, close to a door plate, of the movable sealing frame, and the transmission mechanism is connected with the movable sealing frame; the transmission mechanism comprises an elastic rod located on the side face of the movable sealing frame to make contact with the closed door plate and a rotating rod located on the outer side of the movable sealing frame, a pressing mechanism and a rotating cylinder are fixed to the rotating rod, an arc-shaped sliding groove is formed in the rotating cylinder, and the elastic rod extends to form a sliding rod. The end of the sliding rod is inserted into the arc-shaped sliding groove to slide so as to drive the rotating rod to rotate, and the pressing mechanism makes contact with the movable sealing frame after rotating so as to drive the movable sealing frame to move towards the side close to the door plate or get away from the door plate so as to drive the sealing piece to press or get away from the door plate. According to the movable sealing door assembly, movable connection of the door body and the door frame is achieved, and meanwhile the sealing performance of the movable door is guaranteed.
