The invention provides a sealing door mechanism which comprises a door frame, a mounting support and two sealing door assemblies, the mounting support is fixedly connected to the side edge of the door frame, a first opening and a second opening which are adjacent to each other are formed in the door frame, and a fixing plate is arranged between the first opening and the second opening; the two groups of sealing door assemblies are respectively arranged in the first opening and the second opening, and are symmetrically arranged along the fixing plate; the sealing door assembly comprises a sealing plate, a movable plate and a telescopic mechanism. A first driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting bracket, the first driving mechanism is used for driving the movable plate to move horizontally so as to drive the telescopic mechanism to move, and the telescopic mechanism drives the sealing plate to move horizontally so as to abut against or be far away from the first opening. The air-tight door solves the technical problems of large occupied space and high cost caused by excessive driving cylinders of the existing air-tight door.
