The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental governance, and particularly discloses a system for improving proluvial fan desertification soil in a multi-source cooperative mode. According to the system, a compound soil pond is formed in the flat ground at the top end of a slope body, a plurality of planting rows are arranged on the slope surface of the slope body from top to bottom, each planting row comprises at least two planting groups, each planting group comprises at least one planting position, a planting hole is formed in each planting position, and crops are planted in the planting holes; the planting position is further provided with an arc-shaped baffle, and the baffle surrounds the side, close to the top end of the slope body, of the planting hole; a water storage pond is arranged on the flat ground at the bottom end of the slope body, redundant rainwater at the bottoms of the planting holes is drained into the water storage pond to be stored through a water inlet assembly, and the water storage pond conducts sprinkling irrigation on crops in the planting holes through a water supply assembly. According to the system, accumulated and collapsed sandy soil can be compounded and utilized again for planting plants, rainwater and silt can be effectively intercepted by combining arrangement of the planting positions with the baffles, therefore, water and soil loss is reduced, and in addition, rainwater collection and sprinkling irrigation utilization can be further achieved through the system.
