The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical production, and particularly relates to a preparation method of alpha-beta composite semi-hydrated gypsum. The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out primary drying on ardealite, dividing the ardealite into two parts, calcining the first part to obtain anhydrous gypsum, adding hot water into the second part, placing the mixture in a crystal transformation box, carrying out a reaction at 110-140 DEG C under a vacuumizing condition for 6-10 h, and after the reaction is completed, carrying out secondary drying at 60-100 DEG C until the moisture content is 5%-7% to obtain the alpha-beta composite semi-hydrated gypsum. The tail gas generated in the calcination process of the first part of ardealite is adopted in the primary drying process, so that the energy consumption in the whole production process is further reduced.
本发明属于化工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种α‑β复合半水石膏的制备方法。将磷石膏一次干燥后分为两部分,第一部分进行煅烧后制得无水石膏,第二部分加入热水,置于转晶箱内在抽真空的条件下反应6‑10h,反应温度为110℃‑140℃,反应完成后再在60‑100℃下二次干燥至水分含量为5%‑7%,即得α‑β复合半水石膏。本发明的一次干燥采用第一部分磷石膏煅烧过程中所产生的尾气,从而使得整个生产过程中的能耗进一步降低。
