Cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material as well as preparation and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving an active component A in water, adding quartz sand, stirring, standing and heating to obtain active sand; uniformly mixing the active sand with cement, an active component B and a thickening agent to obtain the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material, wherein the active component A comprises at least one of citric acid or diethylamine tetraacetic acid, and the active component B comprises soluble carbonate or soluble silicate. The waterproof material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can have very good anti-permeability performance, and meanwhile, the compressive strength and breaking strength of concrete can be enhanced, and cracks with the width of 0.85 mm can be repaired.
本发明公开了一种水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。上述制备方法包括如下步骤:将活性组分A加入水中溶解,加入石英砂,搅拌,静置,加热,得到活性砂;将所述活性砂与水泥、活性组分B、增稠剂混匀,得到水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料;其中,所述活性组分A包括柠檬酸或二乙胺四乙酸中的至少一种,所述活性组分B包括可溶性碳酸盐或可溶性硅酸盐。本发明的制备方法制备得到的防水材料可以具有很好的抗渗性能,同时可以增强混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,修补0.85mm宽度的裂缝。
