The anti-cracking high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 120 parts of cement, 27 to 35 parts of mineral admixture, 240 to 290 parts of fine aggregate, 320 to 390 parts of coarse aggregate, 49 to 59 parts of water, 1 to 3.2 parts of polypropylene fiber, 1.2 to 1.6 parts of water reducing agent and 0.64 to 1.96 parts of anti-cracking aid, the anti-cracking auxiliary agent is at least prepared from the following components: 0.2 to 0.4 part of molybdenum disulfide, 0.08 to 0.14 part of potassium tartrate and 0.36 to 0.42 part of ammonium polyphosphate. The preparation method of the anti-cracking high-performance concrete comprises the step of uniformly mixing the components to obtain the anti-cracking high-performance concrete. The method has the effect of improving the dispersity of the polypropylene fibers in the concrete so as to enhance the anti-cracking performance of the concrete.
