The invention discloses a frosted asphalt pavement and a frosted construction method of a newly paved asphalt pavement, the frosted asphalt pavement is sequentially provided with a surface frosted layer, an oil-rich asphalt upper surface layer, an asphalt middle surface layer, an asphalt lower surface layer and a base layer from top to bottom, and the surface frosted layer is formed by paving frosted materials; and one part of the frosted material is embedded into the asphalt mortar of the oil-rich asphalt upper surface layer, and the rest part of the frosted material is exposed outside. The frosted construction method comprises the following steps: selecting the particle size and the spreading amount of a frosted material; the frosted material and the oil-rich asphalt upper surface layer are synchronously subjected to primary rolling according to a set process, and the frosted material is spread on the newly paved oil-rich asphalt upper surface layer in the advancing process of the primary rolling; and according to a set process, the frosted material and the oil-rich asphalt upper surface layer are synchronously subjected to residual times of rolling in initial rolling, and paving of the frosted asphalt pavement is completed. The anti-skid performance of the asphalt pavement in the early stage of road operation is guaranteed, and the subsequent preventive maintenance time of the asphalt pavement is delayed.
本发明公开了一种磨砂沥青路面及新铺筑沥青路面的磨砂施工方法,该磨砂沥青路面自上而下依次设置表层磨砂层、富油沥青上面层、沥青中面层、沥青下面层和基层,表层磨砂层由磨砂材料铺筑而成,磨砂材料的一部分嵌入富油沥青上面层的沥青砂浆中,剩余部分裸露在外。该磨砂施工方法包括以下步骤:选择磨砂材料的粒径和撒布量;按照设定工艺对磨砂材料和富油沥青上面层同步进行初压中第一遍碾压,在第一遍碾压前进过程中,磨砂材料撒布在新铺筑富油沥青上面层上方;按照设定工艺对磨砂材料和富油沥青上面层同步进行初压中剩余遍数碾压,即完成磨砂沥青路面的铺筑。本发明保障了道路运营早期沥青路面的抗滑性能,延迟了沥青路面后续的预防性养护时间。
