The invention discloses a normal-temperature asphalt pavement cold-mixed and cold-paved construction technology. The construction technology comprises the following steps: preparation before construction, mixing of mixed materials, transportation of mixed materials, spreading and paving of the mixed materials, grinding and detection of results, wherein the blending refers to blending of a basalt aggregate, normal-temperature rapidly-strong asphalt liquid, a curing and water, with the sequence of firstly basalt aggregate, then the curing agent and water, and finally normal-temperature rapidly-strong asphalt liquid; the traditional thermal asphalt spreading and paving machine is adopted in and a manner of controlling the elevation under the guidance of a steel wire is adopted in the spreading and paving, and in the grinding step, a rubber tire type tire roller is adopted to roll the road surface. The normal-temperature asphalt pavement cold-mixed and cold-paved construction technology basically follows up the construction requirement and procedures of the hot-mix asphalt mixture pavement, the thermal-insulating heating link can be omitted due to no temperature control requirement, and the normal-temperature asphalt pavement cold-mixed and cold-paved construction technology is more convenient.
