The full-automatic intelligent pile driver comprises a vehicle, infrared positioning devices, an automatic clamp device, a hydraulic rammer, a data control device and an electric control box, the two sides of the vehicle are each provided with one infrared positioning device, and each infrared positioning device comprises a telescopic rod and an infrared device; the automatic clamp device is arranged in a carriage behind the vehicle head, a stand column is further placed in the carriage, components on the automatic clamp device can rotate freely, the data control device is a control center of the whole equipment, the infrared positioning equipment is provided with the automatic clamp device, and data processors are arranged on the hydraulic rammer. The data processor is connected with the intelligent controller through wireless signals, the electric control box is connected with a storage battery on a vehicle through an electric wire, and then the electric control box leads electric wires to other devices. Potential safety hazards existing in corrugated beam guardrail stand column construction are effectively avoided, the guardrail construction efficiency is improved, and intelligent construction of overall traffic engineering is improved.
本发明公开了一种全自动智能打桩机及施工方法,包括车辆、红外线定位设备、自动夹具装置、液压夯锤、数据控制装置、电控箱,所述车辆的两侧分别设置一个所述红外线定位设备,所述红外线定位设备包括伸缩杆和红外线装置,所述自动夹具装置设置在车头后方的车厢内,车厢内还放置立柱,所述自动夹具装置上的构件可自由转动,所述数据控制装置为整套设备的控制中心,所述红外线定位设备设自动夹具装置、液压夯锤上均设置数据处理器,数据处理器通过无线信号与智能控制器连接,所述电控箱与车辆上的电瓶通过电线连接,所述电控箱再分别引电线至其他设备上。本发明有效解决波形梁护栏立柱施工中存在的安全隐患,提升护栏施工效率,提高整体交通工程的智能化建设。
