An intelligent infrared heating device for an anti-seepage core wall construction layer of an asphalt concrete core wall dam is characterized in that a walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of a mounting frame, the rear side of the mounting frame is connected with an infrared heating mechanism through a connecting piece, and the infrared heating mechanism in a working state is located at the bottom of the mounting frame; according to the infrared heating mechanism, a first temperature measuring device, a second temperature measuring device, a third temperature measuring device and a fourth temperature measuring device are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate from front to back, and a first heating plate set is arranged between the first temperature measuring device and the second temperature measuring device. A second heating plate set is arranged between the second temperature measurer and the third temperature measurer, a third heating plate set is arranged between the third temperature measurer and the fourth temperature measurer, and a controller, an operation display panel, an alarm and a storage battery are arranged on the top of the mounting frame.
