Sound-proof and radiation-proof wall cloth
The invention provides sound-proof and radiation-proof wall cloth. The wall cloth comprises a bonding layer and a textile layer which are sequentially arranged, and the textile layer is made of composite fibers; the composite fiber comprises a core layer and a sound insulation layer, wherein the sound insulation layer wraps the core layer; wherein the core layer is prepared by blending metal fibers and common fibers, and the content of the metal fibers in the core layer is 30-80% by mass; the common fibers comprise at least one of plant fibers, animal fibers and synthetic fibers; the sound insulation layer comprises polyurethane foaming plastic, and the polyurethane foaming plastic comprises soft polyurethane. The metal fibers and the common fibers are blended in the core layer, so that the anti-radiation performance of the composite fibers can be enhanced, the flexibility of the core layer can be enhanced, and the prepared core layer has the characteristic of being easy to process. Furthermore, the core layer is coated with polyurethane foam plastic, and the rich pore structure of soft polyurethane can endow the composite fiber with good sound insulation performance and flexibility.
本发明提供一种可隔音防辐射的墙布,该墙布包括依次设置的粘结层、纺织层,纺织层由复合纤维制得;复合纤维包括芯层、隔音层,隔音层包覆芯层;其中,芯层由金属纤维与普通纤维混纺制得,按照质量百分比计算,在芯层中,金属纤维的含量为30~80%;普通纤维包括植物纤维、动物纤维、合成纤维中的至少一种;隔音层包括聚氨酯泡沫塑料,聚氨酯泡沫塑料包括软质聚氨酯。在芯层中通过混纺金属纤维与普通纤维,不仅能够增强复合纤维的防辐射性能,还能增强芯层的柔韧性,由此所制得的芯层具有易加工的特性。进一步地,利用聚氨酯泡沫塑料对芯层进行包覆,而软质聚氨酯丰富的孔隙结构能够赋予复合纤维良好的隔音性能和柔韧性能。
