The invention provides an electric vehicle door control method and device, a controller, a storage medium and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a power assisting mode of an electric vehicle door of a vehicle is obtained, and target resistance corresponding to the electric vehicle door is determined based on the power assisting mode; when it is monitored that the electric vehicle door is subjected to external thrust, the target output torque of a driving motor of the electric vehicle door is determined according to the target resistance; and the driving motor is controlled to output the target output torque, so that the electric vehicle door is pushed when the external thrust is larger than the target resistance. According to the scheme, the user can push the electric vehicle door only by using the force equal to the target resistance based on the power assisting mode selected by the user, so that the vehicle door use experience of the user is optimized.
