Coal gangue self-repairing insulation board as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a coal gangue self-repairing insulation board which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-2% of expanded polystyrene particles, 25-35% of Portland cement, 40-50% of coal gangue ceramsite, 5-10% of fly ash, 0.2% of polypropylene anti-cracking fiber, 0.5-1.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.5-1% of a flame retardant and 10-15% of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the Portland cement, the microbial coal gangue ceramsite, the fly ash, the polypropylene anti-cracking fiber, the water reducing agent and the flame retardant, adding water, and fully stirring for 3-5 minutes to obtain a cementing material; mixing with expanded polystyrene particles, injecting into a mold for compression molding, and curing at the temperature of 23 +/-2 DEG C and the relative humidity of 50 +/-5% to obtain a final product. According to the coal gangue self-repairing insulation board capable of autonomously sensing and repairing cavities and cracks and the preparation method and application of the coal gangue self-repairing insulation board, the coal gangue self-repairing insulation board is applied to a disassembly-free wall formwork, engineering quality hidden dangers such as cracking, hollowing and falling off of a wall insulation layer are effectively solved, and the same service life of building insulation and a structure is achieved; meanwhile, a resource utilization way is provided for the coal gangue.
本发明公开了一种煤矸石自修复保温板,组成按质量百分数计如下:发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒1‑2%、硅酸盐水泥25‑35%、煤矸石陶粒40‑50%、粉煤灰5‑10%、聚丙烯抗裂纤维0.2%、减水剂0.5%‑1.5%、阻燃剂0.5%‑1%、水10‑15%;制备方法包括将硅酸盐水泥、微生物煤矸石陶粒、粉煤灰、聚丙烯抗裂纤维、减水剂、阻燃剂混合,加水充分搅拌3‑5min,得到胶凝材料;与发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒混合后注入模具压制成型,在温度23±2℃、相对湿度50±5%环境下养护得到最终制品;本发明提供了一种可以自主感知、修复空腔及裂缝的煤矸石自修复保温板及其制备方法和应用,将其应用于免拆墙模有效解决墙体保温层开裂、空鼓、脱落等工程质量隐患,实现建筑保温与结构同寿命,同时为煤矸石提供一种资源化利用途径。
