本发明公开了一种自修复煤矸石低碳高分子材料及其制备方法,属于绿色建筑材料领域。所述低碳高分子材料,包括以下原料:低碳胶凝材料、磷酸盐和铵盐的水凝胶,二者质量比为:1‑80∶1‑30。在上述基础上加入席夫碱材料组成三组分的自修复煤矸石低碳高分子材料,所述低碳胶凝材料、席夫碱材料、磷酸盐和铵盐的水凝胶的质量比为:1‑80∶1‑10∶1‑30。本发明通过调节复合活化后的固废材料的比例,获得符合注浆要求的材料,有效提高了固体废弃物的资源利用率,起到了绿色环保的作用,同时加入无毒无害的自修复材料,并且能够在0~600μm的范围内修复产生的裂缝,使得胶凝材料具备自修复的功能;所得胶凝高分子材料具备优良的力学、耐久、低碳、自修复性能。
