The invention provides a non-column type beam end splicing joint tool, a steel beam module and a hoisting method.The splicing joint tool is used for hoisting a continuous span steel beam module and comprises a joint plate, an anti-bending tool and an in-position bracket, and the end of the joint plate is connected with the end of a steel beam and used for resisting internal force at a beam end joint under the hoisting working condition; the end part of the anti-bending tool is connected with the top surface of the steel beam; the in-place bracket is arranged at the end of the lower steel column at the joint of the gusset plate and the steel beam and used for bearing the steel beam. According to the invention, the non-column type beam end assembly joint tool is additionally arranged at the junction of the beam columns, so that the stress requirement of the whole steel beam module under the hoisting working condition is met through the non-column type beam end assembly joint tool under the condition that the beam column joints are not mounted in advance in the whole steel beam module; the originally designed beam-column joints can be mounted in order after the integral steel beam module is hoisted in place; on the premise that the original node design is not changed and the node installation precision is not reduced, the construction efficiency of the whole layer of steel beam module is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种无柱式梁端拼装节点工装、钢梁模块、及吊装方法,所述拼装节点工装用于连续跨钢梁模块吊装,包括节点板、抗弯工装和就位牛腿,节点板的端部与钢梁端部连接,用于抵抗吊装工况下梁端节点处的内力;抗弯工装的端部与钢梁顶面连接;就位牛腿设置在节点板与钢梁连接处下层的钢柱端部,用于承载钢梁。本发明在通过在梁柱交汇处增加无柱式梁端拼装节点工装,使整体钢梁模块在不提前安装梁柱节点的情况下,通过无柱式梁端拼装节点工装满足整体钢梁模块在吊装工况下的受力需求,而原设计的梁柱节点在整体钢梁模块吊装就位后可有序进行安装;在不改变原节点设计、不降低节点安装精度的前提下,大幅提高整层钢梁模块的建造工效。
