The invention discloses a concrete beam and steel beam splicing joint, and relates to the technical field of splicing joints, the concrete beam and steel beam splicing joint comprises first foundation bolts arranged at the top and the end part of a concrete beam, a first connecting plate connected to the top of the concrete beam, and a second foundation bolt arranged at the top of the concrete beam in a penetrating manner, the foundation nut is locked with the first foundation bolt in a threaded manner; the second foundation bolt is in threaded connection with a connecting nut; the second connecting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate, a connecting opening allowing the second foundation bolt to slide up and down is formed in the bottom of the second connecting plate, the foundation bolt at the end of the concrete beam penetrates through the second connecting plate, and the connecting nut and the second foundation bolt are locked in a threaded mode. The steel beam, the second connecting plate and related clamping plates are manufactured in a factory in a unified mode, only bolt connection is needed on site, and the construction difficulty and cost can be reduced.
