The invention discloses a construction method of a productization living building of an offshore fixed platform, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out layered construction on a multi-layer structural frame, and reserving door and window openings in the structural frame; after layered construction of the structural frame is completed, piping arrangement is conducted on the pipeline system; prefabricated functional room modules are hoisted into the structural frames, and the structural frames are welded layer by layer; reserved interfaces of the function room modules are connected with the pipeline system and the door and window openings; decoration of enclosure bulkheads, ceilings and grounds of the functional room modules is completed; a functional equipment system is installed, and assembling of all parts of the productization living building is completed; and the productization living building is installed on a client platform in an integral hoisting mode, and construction of the productization living building is completed. The living building is arranged in a standardized mode and built in a modularized mode, design working hours can be saved, mining and building cost is reduced, design quality is improved, and economic benefits are improved.
