The invention relates to a supporting device for concrete replacement and reinforcement of a shear wall of a high-rise building. The supporting device comprises a wall body, and a concrete replacement area is arranged on the wall body; a supporting cross beam is placed in the concrete replacement area, and a supporting assembly is arranged on the supporting cross beam; a mounting plate is fixedly connected to the side, away from the inner wall of the concrete replacement area, of the supporting cross beam, and a mounting bolt with one end penetrating through the supporting cross beam is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate.
