The portable grinding wheel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-95 parts of a grinding material, 5-9 parts of manganese aluminate spinel, 6-10 parts of molybdenum dioxide, 4-8 parts of modified titanium dioxide, 3-6 parts of calcium oxide, 1-3 parts of gypsum, 4-7 parts of a curing agent and 15-20 parts of an adhesive. Wherein the grinding material is prepared by mixing brown fused alumina, microcrystalline corundum and green silicon carbide according to the mass ratio of (3-5): (2-4): 1; the adhesive comprises phenolic resin, modified glass fibers and hydroxymethyl cellulose. The portable grinding wheel prepared by the invention has good cutting performance and relatively low wear rate, so that the grinding wheel has relatively good hardness, wear resistance and durability.
