The toughened high-strength heat-resistant concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 700 to 900 parts of coarse aggregate, 600 to 900 parts of fine aggregate, 160 to 260 parts of cement, 200 to 350 parts of fine powder filler, 50 to 100 parts of fly ash, 50 to 100 parts of silica powder, 10 to 30 parts of low-temperature reinforcing agent, 3 to 8 parts of fiber toughening agent, 8 to 20 parts of high-efficiency water reducing agent and 150 to 200 parts of water. The heat-resistant concrete provided by the invention greatly reduces hot crack propagation and hot spalling damage in the use process, has good flexibility, high structural strength, small loss and no crack in the use process, and effectively solves the problems of low-temperature shrinkage cracking, temperature rise burst, cracking due to rapid cooling and rapid heating and the like of the heat-resistant concrete; the requirements on lasting safety and heat resistance in a thermal service environment are met.
