The invention discloses toughened concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete.The toughened concrete is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of cement paste, 170-250 parts of coarse and fine aggregate, 0.04-0.06 part of graphene oxide, 2-8 parts of calcium carbonate whiskers and 0.01-0.15 part of L-(+) tartaric acid; the water-binder ratio of the cement paste is 0.25 to 0.45. The graphene oxide, the calcium carbonate whiskers and the L-(+) tartaric acid are doped into the cement, hydration products are regulated and controlled from a micro-nano level and the microstructure of a matrix is improved by utilizing a nano modification technology, a bridging effect of a functional microcrystalline material and a crystal regulation and control effect of a chiral material, the whole preparation process is simple, and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production. The prepared concrete can effectively improve the tension-compression ratio under the condition that the compressive strength is not reduced, and the toughness of a cement-based material is fundamentally improved.
本发明公开了一种增韧混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土技术领域,包括按重量份数计的以下成分:水泥浆100份,粗细集料170‑250份,氧化石墨烯0.04‑0.06份,碳酸钙晶须2‑8份,L‑(+)酒石酸0.01‑0.15份;且水泥浆的水胶比为0.25‑0.45。本发明通过在水泥中掺入氧化石墨烯、碳酸钙晶须和L‑(+)酒石酸,利用纳米改性技术、功能性微晶材料桥接作用以及手性材料的晶体调控作用,从微纳观层次调控水化产物并改善基体的微结构,且整个制备过程简单,制得的混凝土能够在不降低抗压强度的情况下,有效提高了拉压比,在根本上提高水泥基材料的韧性。
