The invention provides a desert sand baking-free brick which comprises the following raw material components in unit volume: 92.0-92.5 kg/m < 3 > of water, 227-233 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 2155-2165 kg/m < 3 > of desert sand and 2.30-2.32 kg/m < 3 > of an accelerator, and further provides a manufacturing method of the desert sand baking-free brick, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring the water, the cement, the desert sand and the accelerator to obtain mixed slurry; (2) mechanically pressing the mixed slurry into a green brick; and (3) stacking the green bricks, sealing with a film, and curing at normal temperature. The desert sand baking-free brick can be manufactured by using local materials, the additional value of desert resources is improved, natural resources are reasonably developed and utilized, resource waste is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the desert abdominal land construction requirement is met. The manufacturing method of the desert sand baking-free brick is simple in step, simple, convenient and environment-friendly in manufacturing and easy to operate.
