The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum mortar, and discloses water-resistant anti-mildew gypsum mortar, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 5-50 parts of anhydrite; 5 to 50 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum; 1 to 10 parts of cellulose; 0.5 to 5 parts of a mildew preventive; 0.5 to 5 parts of waterproof micro powder; 1-10 parts of a thickening time control agent; according to the present invention, cellulose is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the mildew inhibitor is one of salicylamide and a boric acid mildew inhibitor, and salicylamide, anhydrite and semi-hydrated gypsum are selected as main cementing materials so as to provide strength and hardness; the waterproof micro powder is prepared from the following components: organic silicon, isopropanol, silica sol and isopropanol. By adding the mildew preventive and the waterproof micro powder, the gypsum mortar has mildew-proof and waterproof performance, the application range of the gypsum mortar can be enlarged, the service time of the gypsum mortar can be prolonged, and the effect of the gypsum mortar is good.
