Fractured zone rock mass grouting slurry, preparation method thereof and simulated grouting reinforcement system
The invention provides a fracture zone rock mass grouting slurry and a simulation system. The grouting slurry comprises 100 parts by mass of Portland cement, 2-5 parts by mass of water glass, 1-2 parts by mass of a suspending agent, 10-40 parts by mass of fly ash, 5-15 parts by mass of slag powder and 5-15 parts by mass of bentonite, has good slurry fluidity and bleeding rate, can be well combined with a rock sample after being hardened in surrounding rock of a crushed zone, and has high cement strength. The system comprises a surrounding rock sample simulation box, a compression pump, a slurry storage device and a grouting pipe, the broken zone surrounding rock is simulated in the surrounding rock sample simulation box according to key parameters of the broken zone surrounding rock, and the grouting slurry is injected into the surrounding rock sample simulation box through the grouting pipe under the action of the compression pump. After solidification and hardening, the simulation box is dismantled, and the slurry diffusion conditions including the form of the hardened slurry, the slurry diffusion distance, the grouting pressure and the diffusion relation of the slurry in the rock mass of the fracture zone are observed.
本发明提供一种破碎带岩体注浆浆液与模拟系统。注浆浆液包括100质量份数硅酸盐水泥、2‑5质量份数水玻璃、1‑2质量份数悬浮剂、10‑40质量份数粉煤灰、5‑15质量份数矿渣粉与5‑15质量份数膨润土,具有良好浆液流动度与泌水率,在破碎带围岩中硬化后与岩样结合较好,胶结体强度高。模拟该注浆浆液在破碎带围岩中注浆加固的系统包括围岩试样模拟箱、压缩泵、浆液存储装置与注浆管,在围岩试样模拟箱中根据破碎带围岩的关键参数模拟破碎带围岩,在压缩泵作用下注浆浆液通过注浆管注入围岩试样模拟箱,固结硬化后拆除模拟箱,观测浆液扩散状况,包括浆液硬化后形态、浆液扩散距离、注浆压力与浆液在破碎带岩体中扩散的关系等。
