The invention discloses a grouting reinforcement material for fractured rock mass and a preparation method thereof.The grouting reinforcement material is composed of cement, blast furnace slag, water glass, sodium hydroxide and water, the mass of all the raw materials is weighed according to the component proportion of the raw materials, then the weighed cement and blast furnace slag are mixed and stirred, and the grouting reinforcement material is prepared. Mixing and stirring the water and the water glass; and pouring the stirred solid raw materials and the water glass solution into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the grouting reinforcement material. By reducing the use amount of cement in the grouting material, the problems of high raw material cost, large industrial carbon emission and low waste residue recycling rate are solved, and the fluidity, the gelling time and the compressive strength of the material can meet the requirements of the performance of the grouting material by changing the proportion of the raw material components according to actual engineering requirements.
