The invention belongs to the technical field of solid oxide fuel cells, and particularly relates to an SOFC anode support body with a gradient pore structure and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing YSZ-NiO, methyl cellulose, a first pore forming agent, an auxiliary agent and water to obtain a first pug; mixing YSZ-NiO, methyl cellulose, a second pore forming agent, an auxiliary agent and water to obtain second pug; carrying out extrusion molding on the first pug and the second pug to obtain an anode support body wet blank; and drying and sintering the anode support body to obtain the SOFC anode support body with the gradient pore structure.
