The invention discloses a flat plate type SOFC anode support body and a forming method and system of a green body of the flat plate type SOFC anode support body, and the forming method comprises the following steps: extruding ceramic pug through a ceramic tube extruder, and cutting the green body along the axial direction in the extrusion process to obtain a sheet-shaped green body; pairwise crossing and overlapping the flaky blanks to obtain a to-be-rolled blank, and enabling the crossing angle of the flaky blanks to be 90 degrees; the to-be-rolled green body is placed between rollers of a film rolling machine for film rolling, and a rolled film belt is obtained; and carrying out punch forming on the rolled film belt to obtain the anode support body blank. The anode support prepared by the method is low in shrinkage rate and not easy to crack, so that the solid oxide fuel cell is high in safety and long in service life.
本发明公开了一种平板式SOFC阳极支撑体及其坯体的成型方法、系统,包括以下步骤:将陶瓷泥料通过陶瓷挤管机挤出,在挤出过程中,将坯体沿轴向切割,得到片状坯体;将所述片状坯体两两交叉叠加,得到待轧坯体,其中,所述片状坯体的交叉角度为90°;将所述待轧坯体置于轧膜机的轧辊间进行轧膜,得到轧制膜带;将所述轧制膜带冲压成型,即得阳极支撑体坯体。本发明制备的阳极支撑体收缩率低,不易开裂,进而固体氧化物燃料电池的安全性高,使用寿命长。
