The invention discloses a method for preparing superfine single-phase boride and high-entropy boride powder at low temperature, which comprises the following steps: by taking transition metal chloride salt, nitrate or low-cost organic metal salt as raw materials, boric acid and cane sugar/sorbitol as a boron source and a carbon source respectively, and citric acid or acetylacetone (acac) as a complexing agent/chelating agent, preparing the superfine single-phase boride and high-entropy boride powder at low temperature. Carrying out dialysis or anion exchange on the prepared sol by using a dialysis bag with a certain molecular interception or adopting activated strongly basic anion exchange resin and the like to remove anion impurities such as NO3 <-> ions and Cl <-> ions in the precursor, and then gelling, drying and grinding to obtain precursor powder; and tabletting the precursor powder, and calcining at low temperature to obtain the superfine single-phase boride and high-entropy boride ceramic powder. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low raw material price, low powder preparation temperature, small powder particle size, uniform powder distribution and the like, is beneficial to batch production, and has good practical application value.
本发明公开一种低温制备超细单相硼化物及高熵硼化物粉体的方法,以过渡金属氯盐、硝酸盐或低廉有机金属盐为原料,硼酸和蔗糖/山梨醇分别为硼源、碳源,柠檬酸或乙酰丙酮(acac)作为络合剂/螯合剂,利用一定分子截留量的透析袋或者采用活化后的强碱性阴离子交换树脂等对制备溶胶进行透析或者阴离子交换以去除前驱体中的NO3‑离子及Cl‑离子等阴离子杂质,随后经过凝胶、干燥、研磨得到前驱体粉末;将前驱体粉末压片、低温煅烧后得到超细单相硼化物及高熵硼化物陶瓷粉体。本发明方法具有原料价格低廉,粉体制备温度低,以及粉体粒径小、分布均匀等优点,利于批量生产,具有良好的实际应用价值。
