Method for sintering and synthesizing mullite by using coal gangue as raw material
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a method for sintering and synthesizing mullite by taking coal gangue as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing 50-55 parts of coal gangue, 15-22 parts of sillimanite, 8-12 parts of basalt, 5-7 parts of magnesite, 0.01-0.02 part of aluminum hydroxide, 3-4 parts of glass powder, 2-4 parts of sintering aid, 5-7 parts of coal and 3-5 parts of zirconium oxide; 2, ball-milling the coal gangue powder, sillimanite, basalt, magnesite, aluminum hydroxide, glass powder, a sintering aid, coal and zirconium oxide through a ball mill to obtain a mixed fine material; 3, forming by a hydraulic machine; and step 4, sintering the mixed fine material through a tunnel kiln to obtain mullite. The synthesis method is simple in process and high in utilization rate, industrial production is easy to realize, and coal gangue is expected to be converted into a low-cost and large-reserve mineral resource.
