The asphalt pavement construction device comprises a traction frame and a compaction roller, the traction frame is used for being connected with a paver, the compaction roller is rotationally connected with the traction frame, the traction frame is hinged to a rotating frame, the rotating frame is rotationally connected with a moving wheel, and a hydraulic cylinder is hinged between the traction frame and the rotating frame; a plurality of water injection cavities are formed in the compaction roller in the circumferential direction, one side of each water injection cavity communicates with a water injection channel, the water injection channels penetrate through the side face of the compaction roller, and the compaction roller is in threaded connection with plugs inserted into the water injection channels. The moving wheels can rotate, so that the compaction roller can be conveniently lifted after construction is completed, and the paver can conveniently pass through a part of uneven road sections.
