The invention discloses a cluster type front anchor surface prestress anchoring system positioning method which comprises the following steps that a machining cable strand embedded pipe detection table simulates the bending state of a cable strand embedded pipe on a positioning support, and meanwhile parameters such as the length and out-of-roundness of the cable strand embedded pipe are checked; observing and analyzing the deformation condition of the positioning bracket; cable strand embedded pipe positioning is carried out with the assistance of a center calibrator; after the second section of cable strand embedded pipe is positioned, the connection straightness of the cable strand embedded pipe is checked by adopting an infrared method, and a pipe orifice deviation regression line is calculated according to completion data of the second section of cable strand embedded pipe; and correcting and positioning the front anchor surface positioning design coordinates according to the pipe orifice deviation linear regression equation, checking through the center coordinates of the anchor barrels after positioning is completed, and completing front anchor surface positioning after the centers of all the anchor barrels are correct. By means of the method, the problems that when the cluster type front anchor face is positioned, the anchor barrel and the positioned cable strand embedded pipe have space conflicts, and installation is difficult are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种集群式前锚面预应力锚固系统定位方法,包括以下步骤:加工索股预埋管检测台模拟索股预埋管在定位支架上弯曲状态,同时检查索股预埋管长度、不圆度等参数;观测并分析定位支架变形情况;索股预埋管定位采用中心标定器辅助进行;第二节索股预埋管定位完成后采用红外线法检查索股预埋管连接顺直性,根据第二节索股预埋管竣工数据计算管口偏位回归线;根据管口偏位线性回归方程对前锚面定位设计坐标进行修正并定位,定位完成后通过锚筒中心坐标进行检核,所有锚筒中心均无误后完成前锚面定位。采用该方法有效地解决了集群式前锚面定位时锚筒与已定位完成的索股预埋管空间冲突、安装困难问题。
