The dam body is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with each other, the water inlet is positioned at the rear end of the dam body, and the water outlet is positioned at the front end of the dam body; and the brushing mechanism corresponds to the water outlet and is arranged on the dam front platform through the rear cavity and the front cavity. The first water blocking cavity and the second water blocking cavity which are located between the water inlet and the water outlet are formed in the dam body, the water storage assembly is arranged corresponding to the water outlet according to the Tesla valve principle, and the flood diversion groove, the water return groove and the flaring groove which have the flow division impact and backflow speed reduction functions are formed in the position of the water outlet. The alloy water receiving tank capable of moving back and forth is used for coping with severe impact of the water body, and therefore structural protection is conducted on the platform in front of the dam.
