The invention discloses a prefabrication and cast-in-place combined anti-freezing arched framework slope protection construction method which comprises the steps that a plurality of arched framework grooves are dug in the slope surface of a roadbed in advance, and prefabricated arched frameworks are embedded into the corresponding arched framework grooves; and the prefabricated arched frameworks serve as slope surface pouring formworks, so that slope surface pouring areas are formed between the prefabricated arched frameworks, ceramsite concrete is poured into the slope surface pouring areas, ceramsite concrete layers are formed, and construction of the anti-freezing arched framework slope protection is completed. The method has the advantages that the arched framework is prefabricated to form a slope surface pouring formwork, no formwork is needed, and the formwork and formwork erecting construction cost is saved; the ceramsite concrete is light in mass, has strong interface bonding force between ceramsite and set cement, is compact in structure, can block the frost heaving effect of water, has good frost resistance and long service life, can protect a roadbed for a long time, and prevents the roadbed from slipping and slump to damage a road; the prefabricated arched framework is combined with the ceramsite concrete layer, construction is convenient and fast, and the construction period and cost can be saved.
本发明公开了一种预制与现浇结合的防冻拱形骨架护坡施工方法,施工方法包括:在路基的坡面上预先开挖若干拱形骨架槽,并将预制拱形骨架嵌入对应地拱形骨架槽内;将预制拱形骨架作为坡面浇筑模板,使得预制拱形骨架之间形成坡面浇筑区,并在坡面浇筑区浇筑陶粒混凝土,形成陶粒混凝土层,完成防冻拱形骨架护坡的施工。本发明的优点是:预制拱形骨架成为坡面浇筑模板,无需模板,节省模板和支模施工成本;陶粒混凝土质量较轻,而且陶粒与水泥石界面粘结力较强,结构致密,能阻断水的冻胀作用,具有良好的抗冻性,使用寿命长,可长期保护路基,防止路基溜坍危害道路;通过预制拱形骨架与陶粒混凝土层结合,施工方便快捷,可节省施工工期和成本。
