The sealing plate and the rod piece are welded together; the high-strength bolt penetrates out of the sealing plate and penetrates through the sleeve to be matched with a threaded hole in the hollow bolt ball. The sleeve is in threaded fit with the high-strength bolt, a pin hole is formed in the sleeve in the radial direction, pin grooves are formed in the high-strength bolt in the axial direction, the pin grooves comprise the first pin groove and the second pin groove which are continuously arranged, and the second pin groove is close to the head of the bolt. The length of the first pin groove on the axis of the high-strength bolt is equal to the length of a threaded hole of the high-strength bolt extending out of the hollow bolt ball; the second pin groove is deeper than the first pin groove; the pin penetrates through the pin hole to be in sliding contact with the pin groove, and when the pin slides into the second pin groove, the hollow bolt ball is connected with the rod piece.
