The invention provides a bolt-sphere net rack node connecting structure and method. The bolt-sphere net rack node connecting structure comprises a net rack rod piece, a bolt-sphere node, a built-in conical head, a bolt and a sleeve, and the sleeve is arranged between the end of the net rack rod piece and the bolt-sphere node; the built-in conical head is arranged in the end, close to the bolt-sphere joint, of the net rack rod piece, and the inner wall of the net rack rod piece is attached to the outer wall of the built-in conical head. The bolt is in threaded connection with the built-in conical head, the rod portion of the bolt stretches out of the end, close to the bolt-sphere joint, of the net rack rod piece, then enters the sleeve and stretches out of the sleeve, the rod portion of the bolt is in fastened connection with the sleeve through a fastener, and the end, stretching out of the sleeve, of the bolt is screwed into the bolt-sphere joint in a threaded mode and is in fastened connection with the bolt-sphere joint. A series of technical defects and implementation limitation caused by welding of a conical head in a traditional bolt-sphere net rack node are overcome, net rack rod pieces and the node do not need to be welded, the bolt-sphere net rack node is suitable for net rack structures made of various materials, labor cost is greatly saved, welding defects are reduced, and the bolt-sphere net rack node is attractive.

本发明提供了一种螺栓球网架节点连接结构及连接方法，包括网架杆件、螺栓球节点、内置锥头、螺栓以及套筒，所述套筒设置在网架杆件的端部与螺栓球节点之间；所述内置锥头设置在网架杆件靠近螺栓球节点的端部内，所述网架杆件的内壁与内置锥头的外壁贴合；所述螺栓与内置锥头螺纹连接，所述螺栓的杆部自网架杆件靠近螺栓球节点的端部伸出后进入套筒内并伸出，且所述螺栓的杆部通过紧固件与套筒紧固连接，所述螺栓伸出套筒的一端螺纹旋入螺栓球节点并紧固连接。解决了传统螺栓球网架节点中由于焊接锥头带来的一系列技术缺陷与实施限制，网架杆件和节点均无需焊接，适用于各种材质的网架结构，大大节省人工成本，减少焊接缺陷，且美观。
