A cold chain storage warehouse structure capable of adjusting the temperature and humidity environment in a block mode comprises a warehouse body, a base, an air guide pipe, a wiring board, a blocking door, a heat conduction machine box, a cooling fan and a flow dividing block and is characterized in that the base is connected to the lower portion of the warehouse body, the warehouse body and the base are combined into a unique box body with an opening, and the blocking door is arranged at the opening position of the warehouse body and the base; the two opposite sides of the bin body are each provided with an air guide pipe, a concentration bin is connected between the upper ends of the two guide pipes, an air outlet is formed in the lower portion of the concentration bin and embedded in the bin body, and an opening in the lower portion of the air outlet extends into the bin body; a refrigeration area is formed between the opening of the bin body and the air outlet, and a heating area is formed between the air outlet and the tail end in the bin body; the refrigeration area and the heating area are separated through the air flow of the air curtain, the refrigeration area and the heating area do not influence each other, and goods with two temperature differences can be stored in the same bin body at the same time.
