Spring lock structure
The invention relates to a spring lock structure which comprises a lock seat assembly, a lock body assembly and a lock cylinder assembly. The lock seat assembly comprises a mounting seat and a buckle, and the buckle is mounted on the mounting seat; the lock body assembly comprises a shell and a lock hook, the lock hook is provided with a clamping part and a limiting part and is rotationally installed on the shell, and the clamping part can be clamped to the buckle in the process of rotating along with the lock hook so as to limit the installation base to be away from the shell; the lock cylinder assembly comprises a lock cylinder and an elastic connecting piece, the lock cylinder is rotationally installed on the shell, the axial direction of the lock cylinder is the same as that of the lock hook, a pressing and abutting part is arranged corresponding to the lock hook, the pressing and abutting part can be matched with the limiting part in the process of rotating along with the lock cylinder, and the elastic connecting piece is connected to the lock hook and the lock cylinder. The lock cylinder can drive the lock hook to synchronously and reversely rotate in the process that the lock cylinder is driven by external force to reversely rotate till the pressing and abutting part is staggered from the limiting part. According to the scheme, stable locking can be achieved, the structure is simple and reliable, mass production can be achieved, and meanwhile locking and unlocking operation is convenient and fast.
本发明涉及一种碰锁结构,包括锁座组件、锁体组件及锁芯组件;锁座组件包括安装座及卡扣,卡扣安装于安装座;锁体组件包括壳体及锁钩,锁钩设有卡合部及限位部,且转动安装于壳体,卡合部在跟随锁钩转动的过程中,能够卡合于卡扣、以限制安装座远离壳体;锁芯组件包括锁芯及弹性连接件,锁芯转动安装于壳体,且其轴向与锁钩的轴向相同、并对应锁钩设有压抵部,压抵部在跟随锁芯转动的过程中,能够与限位部相配合,弹性连接件分别连接于锁钩与锁芯,使得锁芯于外力驱使下在逆向转动至压抵部错开限位部的过程中,能够带动锁钩同步逆向转动。本方案能够实现稳定锁止,且结构简单可靠,可大批量生产,同时锁止及解锁操作便捷。
