Pile drivability analysis method and system
The invention discloses a method and a system for analyzing the drivability of a pile. A proper pile hammer is selected before pile driving operation is carried out. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a preset piling standard; the design mud entering depth of a pile is divided into a plurality of mud entering depth nodes in advance; the piling standard stipulates the upper limit value of the fatigue damage, the upper limit value of the buckling strength and the upper and lower limit values of the penetration degree of the corresponding pile when the depth of the pile entering the mud reaches different nodes of the depth of the pile entering the mud; using piling simulation software to select a piling hammer to simulate piling; in the process of simulating piling, calculating three parameter values of fatigue damage, buckling strength and penetration of the pile once every time the depth of the pile entering the mud reaches a node of the depth of the pile entering the mud, and judging whether the three parameter values calculated every time all meet the piling standard or not; if yes, the current pile hammer is selected; if not, the piling simulation software is switched to the next piling hammer to conduct piling simulation again.
本申请公开了一种桩的可打入性分析方法和系统,实现了在开展打桩作业前先挑选出合适的打桩锤。该方法包括:获取预先设定的打桩标准;预先将桩的设计入泥深度划分为多个入泥深度节点;该打桩标准中规定了:桩入泥深度每达到不同入泥深度节点时,所对应的桩的疲劳损伤的上限值、屈曲强度的上限值以及贯入度的上下限值;利用打桩模拟软件,选择一个打桩锤进行模拟打桩;在模拟打桩过程中,桩入泥深度每达到一个入泥深度节点时都计算一次桩的疲劳损伤、屈曲强度和贯入度三个参数值,并判断是否每次计算出的三个参数值均满足所述打桩标准;若是,选定当前打桩锤;若否,令所述打桩模拟软件切换到下一打桩锤重新进行模拟打桩。
