本发明公开了一种分布式混凝土智养系统及方法,由若干组监测养护机与额外供水机连接成一个施工机群,当应对墙柱混凝土的循环养护时,其围住墙柱形成一个养护包围圈,进行升降喷雾养护;当应对板面混凝土大范围养护时,则摆成一列进行同步养护;监测养护机包括:供水单元;移动单元,安装于供水单元的前端上方;施工单元,安装于移动单元上,包括丝杆滑台安装座、上下移动的安装在丝杆滑台安装座上的监测传感机构和雾化养护机构。本发明的分布式混凝土智养系统及方法能够实现水源的分散均匀化,对于墙柱反复养护、大面积同步养护,均可以应对,大幅节省养护所需人力成本,提高效率及养护效果,具有很好的灵活性与适应性。
