Anti-freezing and anti-cracking recycled aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of preparation of recycled aggregates, and particularly discloses a preparation method of an anti-freezing and anti-cracking recycled aggregate, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, crushing and sieving waste concrete to obtain the recycled aggregate with the particle size of 5-30 mm; s2, the recycled aggregate is soaked in the nano silicon dioxide dispersion liquid for 4-6 h, and the recycled aggregate is fished out and aired; s3, a reinforcing agent is added, stirring is conducted for 12-24 h under the pressurization condition, the adding amount of the reinforcing agent is 10-20% of the mass of the recycled aggregate, and the reinforcing agent comprises kaolin, cement, reinforcing fibers, fly ash, expansive soil and water; and S4, airing the recycled aggregate obtained in the step S3 for at least 7 days to obtain the anti-freezing and anti-cracking recycled aggregate. The nano silicon dioxide dispersion liquid and the reinforcing agent have a synergistic effect, so that the strength and the anti-freezing property of the recycled aggregate are better improved, and the strength and the anti-freezing property of the concrete are improved.
