The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, concrete of the existing structural floor slab is broken, middle reinforcing steel bars are cut off, and reinforcing steel bars on the edge of a beam-slab support are reserved; s2, a connecting assembly is welded to the newly-built steel column in advance, and then the newly-built steel column is hoisted to the installation position of the structural floor slab; s3, after the newly-built steel column is hoisted, an elastic piece is installed close to the connecting assembly and attached to the newly-built steel column; s4, newly-built floor slab reinforcing steel bars are installed, the newly-built floor slab reinforcing steel bars are connected with the reinforcing steel bars reserved in the step S1, the newly-built floor slab reinforcing steel bars broken at the collision positions stretch into the connecting assemblies, and then studs are welded to the connecting assemblies; s5, micro-expansive concrete at least one grade higher than the existing structural floor slab is poured and maintained for at least 14 days; installation of the newly-built steel column can be scientifically guided, and the service life of the newly-built steel column and the service life of the reconstructed structural floor slab can be prolonged.
