The invention discloses a steel slide way translation technology and a construction method. The gravity of the building is dispersedly transmitted to the ground through the steel slide ways, the building is pushed from the rear portion through self-tension of the steel slide ways, the moving direction of the building is limited through the guide rails, and the purpose of building translation is achieved. A translation system is composed of a steel slide way, a universal ball set, a tray beam and a jack, and bearing, limiting and pushing translation of a building are achieved. Before translation, a steel slide way is laid below the building, a plurality of universal ball sets are placed on the steel slide way, a tray beam is poured on the universal ball sets, after the tray beam reaches the strength, the building is cut off from an original foundation, and the gravity bearing of the building is converted from the original foundation to the mode of tray beam-universal ball set-steel slide way-ground; the steel slide way provides rear counter force, and displacement of the building is achieved through rolling between the universal ball set and the steel slide way.
本发明公开了一种钢滑道平移技术及工法。利用钢滑道将建筑物的重力分散地传给地面、利用钢滑道自身受拉从后方顶推建筑物、利用导轨限定建筑物的移动方向，达到建筑物平移的目的。通过钢滑道、万向球组、托盘梁、千斤顶组成平移体系，实现建筑物的承载、限位和顶推平移。平移前在建筑物下面铺设钢滑道，钢滑道上面摆放若干个万向球组，万向球组上面浇筑托盘梁，托盘梁达到强度后将建筑物与原基础切断，建筑物的重力承载由原基础转换成托盘梁‑万向球组‑钢滑道‑地面，启动千斤顶推动托盘梁，由钢滑道提供后方反力，通过万向球组与钢滑道之间的滚动实现建筑物的位移。
