The invention discloses a photovoltaic outer wall structure easy to mount or dismount and a manufacturing method thereof. The photovoltaic outer wall structure comprises a photovoltaic assembly, a junction box and a wall body. The outer edge of the photovoltaic module is fixedly provided with a module frame, and the photovoltaic module is detachably inserted into a wall body through the module frame; and the junction box is arranged between the photovoltaic module and the wall body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, setting the size and shape of a photovoltaic outer wall structure to be manufactured, and manufacturing a corresponding wall body; s2, determining a position for mounting a photovoltaic module in the wall body, and manufacturing the photovoltaic module according to the position; s3, arranging an assembly frame on the photovoltaic assembly, and arranging an elastic connecting piece on the assembly frame; s4, first wall grooves or wall tenons are manufactured on the two sides of the wall body in the first direction of the wall body; s5, a second wall groove is formed in at least one side of the wall body in the second direction of the wall body; s6, laying a thermal insulation material, and installing the junction box; and S7, the photovoltaic module is installed in the wall through the module frame, the photovoltaic module is electrically connected with the junction box, and manufacturing is completed.
