The invention relates to the technical field of artificial stone, and discloses an artificial stone slurry preparation method which comprises the following steps: S1, aggregate preparation: crushing granite waste, screening, respectively selecting coarse aggregate and fine aggregate of gravel aggregates, and mixing and stirring to obtain granite graded aggregate for later use; s2, preparing an additive: mixing a binder, a flexibilizer, a diluent and a curing agent according to a certain ratio, and stirring to obtain the additive for later use; and S3, slurry preparation: uniformly stirring the granite graded aggregate, the additive, the filler and the reinforcing material to obtain the artificial stone slurry. The artificial stone produced by the artificial stone slurry prepared by the invention has low water absorption in water and oil, compact texture, small porosity, low possibility of corrosion and good durability; the damping material is high in compressive strength, tensile strength and bending strength, large in elastic modulus, large in anti-seismic amplitude, high in frequency and fast in attenuation, and has an excellent damping effect.
本发明涉及人造石技术领域，公开了一种人造石浆料制备方法，包括以下步骤：S1、骨料制备：将花岗岩废料破碎后进行筛分，分别选出碎石粒料粗骨料和细骨料，混合搅拌后，得到花岗岩级配骨料备用；S2、添加剂制备：将粘结剂、增韧剂、稀释剂和固化剂比混合、搅拌后，得到添加剂备用；S3、浆料制备：将花岗岩级配骨料、添加剂、填料和增强材料，搅拌均匀后，即得到人造石浆料。本发明制备的人造石浆料生产出的人造石在水中和油中的吸水率均较低，质地紧密，孔隙率小，不易腐蚀，耐久性好；抗压强度、抗拉强度和弯折强度均较高，且弹性模量大，抗震幅度大、频率高、衰减快，具有优异的阻尼效果。
